TRANSFERRING A DVD's files FROM HD TO A DVD RECORDER

I currently have a couple really good quality concerts which are in dvd form with multiple tracks and so forth on my hard drive. I would like to be able to transfer that information, with complete menu's, audio and video to my dvd recorder to be able to play it on a home stereo system. I currently have the cables necesarry to transfer it, because I have a ati all in wonder graphics card with video out. What would be the best way to do this and with what software?

Not sure if you mean this, but...

You could use Nero Recode to burn all the files onto a DVD and then play that in your setup? It'll include all that you're after.
