There are lots of programs out there. Your best bet and good learning experience is to do a google search and try different programs.

I will strongly recomend, "TweakXP Pro" currently in version-4 but it has functionally no difference to 2.0 if u take my words. Version 4 only has added useless features and which are all available in windows right infront of ur eyes.... or should i say they have done what Norton Tweak utility does... all the tweaks are ot basically "tweaks" but rather already available features in windows destop properties and themes.

TweakXp-2 pro in my years of usage is the leader but u also should use "System Mechanic" (currently in version 6) in conjunction/parallel cuz TweakXp's registry tweak utility is not very appealing. TweakXp leads in Hardware Tweak section where it tweaks for several RAM configs and "AMD" intel processor to there various types. With these 2 softwares in ur machine u just dont need any thing. trust me. and tell me ur response.
