I'll take a stab at it... Click start and go to Run. Then type msconfig. Now go all the way over to the startup tab and see if there is anything that looks like it would be opening that folder. If you see something that might be it, uncheck it and reboot.

If you are unsure about something you see just go to google and search for the name next to the check box. 9 times out of 10 you will find helpful info about it.

I tried that several times the only listing I get is Rundll32.exe nothing at all about Syatem32 folder any other thoughts?
