also the 915 Pressler is a much cooler version, and since you are only looking to overclock it in the range of 10%, the stock cooler will be more than ample for that, even up to 25% on stock cooler...
That would make the 915 Pressler a better buy... more overclocking and stock performance than the 805, runs much cooler and has newer arch., plus Retail version is around $90 and it includes sufficient cooling for moderate overclocks... then after you have it mastered, will be more informed about which cooler to upgrade to if still needed.
