Hi,
All of a sudden this morning my brand new Philips is displaying a hazy,
fuzzy picture. Like it's totally out of focus. It appears like this on
every video setting, so it's not the cable connection. I've unplugged it
and am letting it "de-magnetize" which is the closest thing to a solution I
could find on Philips' online support center. Any other ideas what the
problem could be? Did one of the "guns" die? Am I utterly screwed?

Aphelion,
Did you ever resolve this problem? I was looking at buying the Phillips
34PW8502?
Now I'm a little more leery of buying it from Best Buy? I have faith in
Best Buy but not too sure about the 34PW8502.
Thanks for your input ( or anyone else's for that matter )

I bought a brand new Philips 30PW8402/37, and the tuner does not work. I
would be hesitant to buy another one.
