I am trying to install a program from one .exe file. I receive the following Microsoft error message when I try to launch the file in XP Home:

"AutoPlay Application has encountered a problem and needs to close."

The AutoPlay application being referred to is: AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0

I am able to install this app on another XP computer and did not receive this error message.

This computer uses XP Home and and an AMD proc. Any ideas what might be the problem? And how to solve it?
