computer temps

i might be in the wrong section. But i just moved my computer to a new loacation. and i want to check if teh tempreatures inside are good, so nothign inside messes up. What should i do. what are good tempretures liek excellent ones, moderate ones, and dangerous ones. i want to have excellent temps. so if someone could tell how i can tell it would be great.
