20 Spyware Programs?

Hi, I have a question I just don't know what to use anymore. I mean Counterspy, Spyware doctor two big names. But what im here to ask is I mean I will run a Counterspy scan and it will catch some things and then I'll run a scan with a program called "No Adware" and that'll find stuff so Im asking I mean am I just supposed to run 20 different programs to catch anything and everything or is programs like No Adware coming up with BS stuff just to come up with stuff. Currently I run Counterspy, Adware SE, Spybot, No Adware. Do I need more programs? lol :O Thanks

I use firefox as I also had problems when running netscape, although nowhere near as bad as explorer. and some of the programs I tried using detected "spyware" that caused me problems when I removed all the crit's they found. but now that I use firefox I have virtually no problem at all
