Carbon cooler?

SUP, i thought this would be interesting; a cooler that contains carbon? I'm not a serious techy with this type of this stuff so i thought i would leave it here for you guys analyze and examine l8er

As the Specific Heat Capacity of Carbon is rather low (a lot lower than Aluminium, Copper or Silver) I can't imagine Carbon being very efficient as a cooling medium, or a heat transfer medium. Also, the conductivity of Carbon is very low - so I'm not sure what these guys are on about.
