Sorry for the newb question.

I just overclocked my C2D e6600 to 3.0Ghz at 1333 FSB
This forced my Patriot memory to run at 667MHz instead of 800. The timings I have are 4-4-4-12 t1, should this be changed for the 667Mhz?

I am afraid to push the board to 1600FSB so I can run the 800Mhz memory because I am on stock cooling.

Thanks!

I run my corsair XMS PC2 6400 C4 at 720MHz, 3,3,3,9 timings. I would expect if you want to you could do exactly the same timings (3,3,3,9) at 667MHz easily.

Set it and memtest at this speed, if it has issues try 2.2V vdimm, I would expect it to work.
