What ARE you talking about? That SuperTalent RAM is fine.

War, definitely #2. All the way. It costs a bit more, but it is a far better, more stable system. #1 and #3 worry me largely because of the power supplies. Spending that much on a system and getting a crappy PSU is a very bad move. You need a good PSU and #2 has it. Other stuff is fine, it'll rock.

#2.

Splendid
I'll disagree with Proof on these points. A case is a somewhat personal thing, with one person liking one case and another liking something else. Pick the cse you like the best and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.

That said, any psu that comes with a case is likely to not be worth more than the work to take it out and give it a toss. May be some exceptions out there, but sometimes I see a case with psu advertised for $110-$150. Think about it, how good a psu can a company put in if the case by itself cost $100 or more? So plan on replacing what ever psu came with the case, unless you buy from a company like Cyberpower where you can have them install a better psu before you get the computer. Then you're really getting a better psu, not the junker that got thrown in by the factory.

Thermaltake makes good psus, as does Enermax, Antec, Seasonic and others. I don't know much about Super Talent ram, but I think Corsair would be better. Mind you, I don't think Super Talent is bad, just that Corsair or OCZ is better.

Of the 3 pc's you list, I'd probably get #1 (the Cyberpower) and substitute a better psu from the one that comes with the case. Something along the order of a ThermalTake 700wt-750wt, for instance.

Super Talent is pretty good stuff. Their budget DDR2-667 RAM overclocks very well and their high end stuff is Micron D9 to my knowledge. They generally only make high performance stuff but there are some of the budget RAM around.
