I formatted my PC and I have two Admin. accounts here... But in one account, in the Start Menu, the default Internet Explorer icon was substituted by the Internet Option of Control Panel... How do I put IE there again??

try this:

right click anywhere on the desktop,

choose properties

select the "desktop" tab, and then click on customize desktop

then just click the check boxes of what icons you want on the desktop and hit apply


that might work.
