Outlook 2003 Problem

I have a really annoying problem with outlook 2003. When I receive HTML formated email. It deletes all of the pictures inside the email, puts there "Embedded image moved to file: pic65270.jpg", when I try to change the format from the Format menu it can not be changed It is put on "PLAIN TEXT". I have tried every option in every properties there is in Outlook but the results are the same(everything is set to HMTL the automatic dawnload settings are not clicked and so on). When I resend it and open it with Lotus Notes for example everything seem to be like it is supposed to .

Hey try this

Go to outlook express go to tools---> options-->security . in that tab look 4

"Block images and other external content in HTML email " and uncheck it
