They claim that the motherboard will get 22% higher performance than 965/975 boards...which is dubious. Maybe they're comparing boards with a FSB restriction of FSB1000.
Or maybe it has some flash memory built-in for Vista...?
Why do I keep getting this "The requested URL /content/view/31349/135/ was not found on this server." message when I click on any tg news link now? Wasn't like this before that "v2 live" crap was put up yesterday.

Ontario (CA) - XFX today announced a new series of motherboards based on Nvidia’s nForce 600i series chipset for Intel processors.
The new boards come in two flavors, with the performance-focused 680i chipset as well as the slightly detuned 680i LT version. The higher-end 680i board targets overclockers that are planning to upgrade to Intel’s upcoming Core 2 Duo 6x50 series of processors with FSB1333 or run any other socket 775 CPU including a Core 2 Extreme (dual and quad core), Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, Celeron D, Pentium 4, Pentium 4, Pentium D 9XX, Pentium D 8XX processor.
The LT model offers a similar feature set, including two x16 ports. However, SLI memory support is limited to 800 MHz (680i: 1200 MHz).
XFX promises that the boards will deliver up to 22% more performance when compared to a standard to Intel 975 or 965 chipset motherboard.
Pricing has not been announced, but we expect the LT version to start just below $200.
haha, that's funny, any of the people who bought the top 1250mhz dominators are probably feeling stupid right now, because not even the 680i chipset supports anything above 1200mhz using sli memory tech Wow, I thought nvidia and corsair were better than that

I doubt it. Wow, they don't get to use that 50Mhz.
Geez, they got pwned.
Juuuust kidding. Their RAM will still kick all sorts of ass.
I know, I'm just saying, it's kinda funny how corsair's marketing it as the fastest memory money can buy (I'm not arguing there, for stock it is, can't say for ocing though), it's just funny customers can't use it to it's full potential unless they manualy do say 4xx fsb and 2:3 (only possible way to get to over 1200 without having a low fsb or insane memory speeds it can't handle)
