Prices are dropping so much on these things, the only thing besides my
wallet that is keeping me from buying one for a bedroom display is HDCP. I
would guess eventually they will start implementing HDCP in them but the
question is, when?

ANY comments or info is greatly appreciated!

No...and there's been no announcements from any of the monitor manufacturers
as to when it might show up.
