Has anyone figured out how to get two monitors to work on a dual sli xfire set up in crossfire mode. I have two cards but when in crossfire mode only display adapter will work.I was hoping to get an extended display, but no such luck

your whole post made no sense whatsoever, however, time on these forums has made me excellent at deciphering. what you want is to have 2 single cards crossfired and be able to use 2 monitors whilst in this mode.

AFAIK it is impossible. you can only use dual monitors when both cards act as single ones.

You could with something like triple head from matrox.

Thanks for the feedback. My post makes perfect sense if you realize that the word " one" was missing, In any event you are right , I dont think it will work

no, your post made no sense as sli is for dual nvidia GPU's and crossfire is for ATI's. you cannot have SLI'd xfire in crossfire mode. it makes no sense

Typical techno answer. . I asked a simple question and I get a load of sarcasm back. Hope you are enjoying yourself. I will never post here again.

I expected more from this board. I wanted some advice

What you typed made no sense at all, and anyone here will tell you the same thing. But do not let that keep from posting here.

Try Matrox triple head2go, afaik it will probably be able to do what you're wanting.
