What software can I monitor the NorthBridge? coz when I touch the heatsink, although I can stay more that 10 second, it still too hot for my finger.

I use Scythe Ninja for CPU HS ans it is big enough to cover 1/3 the NorthBridge and next to it is GPU so I do not have no other choice than to place general blower sticked with glue in near future.

Thanks

Check your bios. The DS4 has chipset temps in the bios, so I assume the DS3 has as well...
Chipsets shouldn't exceed 50c

If you've got a ninja, you're blowing air from front to back most likely, which means you'll get no airflow at the voltage regulators or the heatpipe system from it to the chipset. I'd recommend using a lowspeed 60 or 80mm cooler to blow air either over the chipset or down onto it. Attach it to the side plate, strips it to the cooler or whatever u can do.

If the system in question is NOT the one in your sig, disregard this and find your own solution.

Edit: You can use a piece of software from intel to monitor chipset temps. Can't recall what it's called, but I'm sure google knows.
