plz help me to overclock my computer. i need some guide here,

spect :

mb = asus P5b Deluxe
processor = intel e6300
ram = 1 GB Kingston ddr2 533
HD = 200Gb WD 7200rpm
Graphic card = asus Gforce 7900gs

is the part is compatable? anythin to change? i plan to buy kingston hyper X 533 wit confiq 5-5-5-15. is that ok?
