foxconn 8800gts overclocked

Hello guys just a few questions ive just recieved my new 8800gts oc by foxconn and was wondering what drivers should i use should i use the ones on the disk or the ones from nvidias site,also ive been using fraps and the fps seems to be the same as my asus 7800gt extreme and the last qusetion is and also which is the best overclocking utillity the one by ati or the one by nvidia as i cant access the old style control panel any answers to these questions would be great thx
