Help Searching a THG article on "image noise reduction&

Please pardon me for just submitting my question just one more time (prev: Home -> Hardware -> Graphics Cards)... i need it quite despirately.... thank you.

Dear THG fans, i am need to ask if someone has an article saved or could search it from THG website. The things i can describe about it are...

1. its was published between 2002 to 2004.. probably 2003
2. it has a picture in it showing a yelow/orange stripped metal/armour gate with some text on it which is unreadable by simple image processing but becomes readable with advanced image processiong.
3. It not about Nvidia/Ati etc but its was a more like scientific article.

I have searchd THG for several days but couldnt find it. I have also searched to google-image search but still in vain.

I am asking you folks cuz some people here might even pin point that article just reading the above hints.

I am also looking and will let u know when i find it.
