Screen goes green!

Has anyone ran into a problem like this?

I left my pc on all night and when I came home for lunch today the screen was just solid green. The PC was still running and it actually sounded like it was in sleep mode or something because I hit the power button and i heard the drives come back on but the screen never returned to normal.

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz
GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB (Foxconn OC Version) 100.65 Drivers
4GB GSkill DDR 800Mhz Memory (only 2GB in atm)
ASUS P5B-E Motherboard
Windows Vista Ultimate 32-Bit (atm)

Is there any chance that a game was running while your computer was left on? In the background or otherwise... I have seen some system configurations/graphics card, where if an openGL/directX application is left idle for a long period of time, the video will lock up, and sometimes cause a general system lockup. The standby may just be a coincedence based on your power/standby settings.

I don't think it's that. The whole screen was a solid green color, after a reboot everything looked fine.
