XP Pro.. where to get?

Hey guys I need to get XP Pro and everywhere I go online its $140. I was wondering where I can get a FULL VERSION XP PRO for under $140. Oh yeah, and the place cannot be shady like esoftwaredirect. Thanks!

They have OEM Pro SP1 cd's for sale at $76.

OEM means you just get the cd with no free MS tech support. But so what! With the great forums around today (especially this one), someone can get problems solved rather quickly.

If you're handy, you can download the IT Network version of SP2, and create your own SP2 cd.

Install while NOT connected to the web; when done, immediately apply SP2, then your A/V. Connect to the web, update the A/V, activate, and get the other patches.

BTW, why the negative comment about eDirectSoftware? I purchased dozens of cd's (all @ $75) from them for customers, and had no problem with any of them. They are on PriceGrabber's list of approved retailers. Feedback from customers shows almost 98% satisfaction.
