Word Xp Autotext Errors

I have encountered quite the problem. In the Header and Footer bar in Microsoft Word XP, the autotext drop down bar is completely blank, it is like this for both in the header and footer bar and on the toolbar on the app. If I go to Insert then Autotext I have all of my enteries that I needed to get to but they do not show up on the toolbar drop down... Has anyone encountered this and/or know how to fix it? I am just short of reinstalling Word to fix it.

I ended up gutting the entire Office Xp program did an entirely new installation with Office 2003 and the problem continued to persist... Belive it may be a registry error of some sort, going to serch through it to see what is going on, ugh heh. Thanks for the reply. If you have any other advice registy-wise for me it would be greatly apprieciated *doesn't know the registry that well and is thankful that all needed data is backed up on the server if he screws up hehehe*
