Help - I'm stumped!

Just got XP with a new Dell system. Been using & continue to use '98 with
my old system.

Here's my problem; I use Agent newsreader. I have no problems with it's use
in '98 but have hit a snag with XP I can't figure out. When launching an
attachment in Agent I get an error message saying"unable to execute command"
& shows the location of the file I wish to open. When I click "OK" I get
another stating "...system can't find the file" but it's right where Agent
was told to send it.

How can I correct this problem & get XP to launch this image in the browser
window as it does with OS '98? I have posted a query with Agent's group but
have had no response.

Thanks for your help.

Has to be a setting SOMEWHERE but I can't find it.

Two separate systems Froggy.

I've posted queries in Microsoft AND Agent & can't find an answer. Yours was
the 1st response.

Thanks for the reply.

My modem worked without any intervention from me when I installed a dual
booting WinXP on a Win98SE machine.
