Intel QX6700 motherboard and Memory combination

Intel QX6700, What is the best SLI motherboard for this processor
Im torn between the GA-N680SLI-DQ6 and the Asus Stryker.
But I don know if the Gigabyte motherboard supports the Dual core extreme processor. And what is the best memory that I could possibly get for this combination? Can I use the Corsair XMS2 10000? I want to build the ultimate system for gaming and to overclock coupled with running massive programs for engineering.

Might look at OCZ for memory I was told it's the best of the best, but I have yet to OC it its PC-9200, 1150MHz, and OCing it to critical won't void warranty.

stay away from striker better off with evga i used them both - i suggest you use a x975 chipset if don't need sli
