Recently, after I swap my Mobo, then reinstall Win2k. My PC had one annoyed problem. It is like this, normal boot to win2k, shut off=reboot, if safe mode boot to win2k, shut off worked. So, I have to shut off my pc manually everyday. Anybody has a solution, I will really appreciate.

The reboot is due to the computer blue-screening on shut down and rebooting before it has a chance to properly shut down. Check your drivers and BIOS... couldn't hurt to test the RAM, either.
