Hi Guys

I would just like to know if there is anyway of our Helpdesk users to view only the sizes of mailboxes (without having access to Exchange System manager) in the Active directory user properties page.

You can create a snap-in via MMC and save it for them to use.

Hit up technet on creating custom MMC snap-ins. I was at a demo and the instructor showed me how to do this but it wasn't something nothing more than visual to me. I didn't have a chance to record it and explain it easily. I'd have to sit down and test it out.
