i cant get my sbc self supporting out of my machine:

1.) tried add/remove all i get is.......

mcc+MCCUuninst has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

with the sbc logo box with error report to microsoft

2.) i went into program files and deleted sbc .....result NOTHING
still have sbc showing up in the add/remove

3.) i tried reinstalling sbc with the disk it stop at step 3 outta 6

how do i get rid of this program

One note, you do not delete programs, you uninstall them. not all of the program resides in the program folder! It is in many other places as well
so, if you want to manually remove it you will have to go through the registery, and many other places, you can hope you dont have to unregister some DLL's

I wish you luck, it sounds like this is a strengthening test for you.
