How do you overclock a graphics card? You cannot do it from BIOS, so...

What I have is a Radeon X1650XT 256 that HIS (the makers) do not have any overclocking tools for. So.. any way to make this whimper into a roar?

agreed. riva tuner is a little bit harder IMO, but many more options. it will OC both nvidia and ati cards, so don't worry about compatibility

I personally liked ATI tray tools over ATI tools. It's pretty friendly to work with as well and has some handy tools. Also think about a better cooler if HIS hasn't already but one of there big fat daddys on the thing. Normally I'd say get rid of the stock cooler but some of HIS's "special" coolers are pretty good, just turn the fan speed up on them which you can do in the tools.
