Hi all, after having to get rid of SmartDoctor because of screen issues with my graphics card I now need a new utility that controls the GPU fan and preferable adjusts the speed in accordance to the temperature.
I heard that Speedfan was the utility I was looking for.
I have installed version 4.28 and fiddled around with the configurations, putting in the apropriate desired and warning temps, and the min and max fan speeds and checked the "automatically varied" box. However when I start speedfan it doesn adjust the fan speed for some reason. It starts at about 3700rpm and should slow to 1500rpm but it doesn't.
Can anyone help me?
