First Time Build .. Need Help!

Yea this is my first time build..... with an Intel Proc

My Budget is About $1000 CND
I'm planning on getting a C2D 6400 and have chosen
the Ram is gonna be 2G OCZ platinum rev 2

i just don't know what Mobo to get

i have been looking between:

ASUS Commando ATX LGA775 Conroe DDR2 P965 2PCI-E16 PCI-E1 4PCI DDR2 SATA2 Sound Motherboard

ASUS P5B Deluxe / WIFI-AP ATX LGA775 Conroe 965P DDR2 PCI-E16 3PCI-E1 3PCI 8 SATA2 Sound Motherboard

DFI LANParty UT ICFX3200-T2R/G RD600 XPRESS3200 LGA775 Conroe DDR2 3PCI-E16 SATA2 1394 Motherboard



i currently have a DFI and (AMD 3700+) and i like the DFI board.

but i have also been hearing good things about the ASUS

i probably will do some OC'ing nothing ELITE though maybe get the processor up to 2.8ghz or so.

i would like to keep the mobo under $300
looking for a good feature set and something that is rock solid stable

My other parts are

BFG Geforce 7900GT ( will upgrade to eVGA 8800 GT KO 320MB)
2 Seagate 80g HDD Sata2
OCZ 600W PSU
Antec P180 Case
ViewSonic vx2245 Monitor



please help me on deciding.
things to point out would be pros and cons and problem majorities that people have .

also if you can suggest on a board that might be better than those three please throw it in there..
