Dell Axim X51v
Dell Pocket PC Axim X3

I am running:
Windows Vista Ultimate x64
Windows XP Professional x64

I need to know:
If I need to remove the screen from the case.
How to connect the screen to my computer if I need to remove it.
What I can make it display.
How to make it display that.

Any help would be awsome.

I once had a Dell Axim with a broken screen. Replacing it was impossible. I am also still waiting (years later) for a major update. Windows Mobile 3,4,5 are so lame. I hope Mobile 6 is better with a usable browser.
You need to worry about connections, voltages, drivers, etc.
To use your Axim screen as a PC monitor - require a huge amount of skill and knowlege more than me.
Maybe a real EE can be more helpful.

maybe, if money is not an issue? you can look into thermaltakes 7" screen.

Well at least it looks like it will fit any case
