Hey, I was wondering if someone knew what programs should be running in your task manager? I have about 46 as an average. I ran misconfig and there were some in there that I don't think needed to be in start-up. Plus I saw one that I looked up on google called backweb. Thanks!

Please advise,

The way I do this is open task manager and google each task running. You will usually find out what the process is with the first couple of links. If it's something important, I let it run
and if not, I get rid of it. If you can't stop it through msconfig then download HijackThis.
