Ok, I have an issue which I cant seem to resolve, when I try to upload a file from my home to a server at work via ftp it goes fine for 10 minutes but then after 10 minutes it restarts itself automatically from the beginning again.
I dont have an option to be able to resume the upload but why would it restart itself after exactly 10 minutes?

I have upgraded fw to the most recent and tried everything else I can think of, does anyone know a solution to this problem please?

Is your screen/power saver kicking in at 10 min (def)?

Does it have the same problem with out the router?

Definitely does not have the same issue without the router and not anything to do with the power/screen saver to the monitor.

A friend of mine told me he had had a similar issue and upgrading the fw on his router fixed it but it does not seem to be a solution in this case.

I am just wondering if there is a setting either in my router or my network connections properties that will help me reslove this issue.

I have to transfer sometimes fairly large files via ftp to the office and a lot of them take longer than 10 minutes to upload right now im stuck having to burn them to dvd and bring them in with me which is far from ideal for me.

Anyone else ever experienced this issue before?

Have you tried a different FTP client.
