i was only following instructions..

but yes. it seems my temps are a little high at idle. my bios still shows temps that are lower than my idle temps. how can i configure speedfan correctly?

Your Idle and Load temps are normal. Read the Guide again, and visualize the colored temps scale. Configure SpeedFan to "Show in Tray" the hottest core, and you're ready to OC.
