From the "Sears Catalog" (sic)

Good
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 pro - $26 (best cooling obtained with fan at full tilt, a little noisy)

Better
Scythe Andy Samurai Master - $35.00 (Very good cooling even with fan only turning 600-700 RPM, even better wide open, and a very quite fan)
(Lot of other good options at this level/price-point. I just happened to show a downward blowing unit. Some argue that this has an advantage for chipset, power supply cooling.)

Best
Thermalright Ultra-120 - $47 + Fan - King of the hill, but do you need it?

Great online shop: http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/shop/home.php?cat=23

Look for the Utra-120+ it is better than the Ultra-120. Also you can change the fan and use Silverstone FM121 and make it push-pull, one in fron and another in the back of the heatsink. Make sure you have space for the cooler first.
