Lot's of problems with Office in Windows XP... Can you help?

I have a customer that gives me lots of troubles and I doesn't know what to tell him anymore. He have Windows XP Home SP2 and Office 2000 installed.

He has 3 problems:

1-When he watch a PowerPoint file, it desactivate his screen saver after. Why? When he do anything else, it works...

2-In Outlook 2000, he said before, when he put in a birthday date for someone, he had a warning a couple of days before the birthday. It doesn't work anymore, why?

3-He also have a message sometimes that tell him to save his work and the computer will be reset after 60seconds. I saw that before but only when you didn't had the Microsoft update a virus named Blaster would get in... But he have SP2 and all updates!
