I don't see why not? If it has PCI slots it should be ok as long as there already isn't a card in the AGP slot.

Sure it will. I've got an e-machine that my son had with such 9250 in it. The question remains, if your computer has an AGP or PCIe slot in it, why would you want a PCI graphics card? Unless, of course, like the
e-machine, it doesn't have such slots.
