If it's at work, it's probably there for a reason.
However, there are sites on the internet that allow you to enter the URL of the site you want within them.
A search in google for proxy bypass sites should find you about a million.
I spend a lot of time at work having to block new ones everyday, but I'm sure you want it for totally innocent reasons.
