having trouble with my Intel 915GAG

bought a used Intel 915GAG, installed it into my PC and it won't start - nothing! All configurations are to the manual, but it just won't start!

What CPU are u using? It might be a compatibility issue with your cpu. Check the intel hardware compatibility list for that board and look for your cpu. If its there it will tell you what revision bios on that board supports it. Now this is awkward. If it is on the list but requires a bios update to support it you will have to find a cpu that does work on the earlier bios, use that cpu to update the bios, then replace the cpu with your current one.
