Just built my first PC and having a heck of a problem with Nero 6 & InCD 4 suite. Seems Nero knows of a problem, but not much help to me.

Thinking of dumping Nero 6 and just buying Direct CD.

Any know how to fix my Nero package or have experience with both to compare products?

Basically my problem is InCD will not format, read, or write CD's. Strange because I have no problem with DVD's. Something on NERO web site with known problems with CACHE on XP-SP2. Tried the fixes, but no luck.
