I have been switching back and forth between HDTV FOX and regular FOX.
The HD version is 5 seconds behind regular TV. I see the guy hit the ptich
and I switch to HDTV and the guy is just taking the pitch. Amazing....

I'm assuming there are a few more points that the HD signal must go
through before it gets to the viewers so that explains the time
difference. No big deal since I'd rather have a five second delay
and have the improved picture myself.

MPEG encoding. Pretty amazing that it can be done in real time since it
takes several times the actual recording time to encode on my Athlon XP
2500+ box.
