I'm not satisfied with my PVR (TV recordings ) video picture quality when I playback on one of my LCDs (19" 1280x1024). The pictures looks good on the regular TVs (via a MVP and eithernet cable).

I know the recording quality "high" is still a lot less than 1280x1024, but I wonder if I can't get a better looking picture quality anyway with a better video card.

I have an old Gforce 5700 ultra.

Is "Avivo" much better for instance? If so, what cheaper Avivo do ya'll recommend?

I'm looking for any good card around $60-$100.

I'll also run my two 19" LCDs (Dsub or dvi) on it for everyday computer use of course.
