I'm experiencing frequent game crashes with Pro Evo 5 and a scan of the accompat.txt file reveals msmsgs.exe as the main culprit.

When I've managed to disable this, the error messages in the accompat.txt file are substantially reduced - but it doesn't work every time because mamsgs.exe is behaving like a zombie.

I've cropped it from services.msc and also from the task manager - but it keeps bouncing back, sometimes appearing twice in the list.

Any ideas?
