best bang for the buck motherboard for overclocking

Which board do you think offers the best bang for the buck for overclocking with the fewest out of box issues. I have been mainly leaning towards the ds3. However a few others have caught my eye. My budget for the mobo is less than $150, I included the new dfi board since I been hear reports it will be around the $140 mark when finally released next week.

Gigabyte 965P-DS3, or even the S3, that costs $100 and will give you excellent results.
