Is this a good build?

I'm gonna build my first computer soon, and i think I've got everything picked out that i want, but id like some input, heres what I'm thinkin of.

Core 2 Duo 6400
Asus P5B-E socket 775
Western Digital 250 SATA 2 hard drive
OCZ PC2-6400 2GB RAM
BFG GeForce 8800GTS OC with 320MB

I cant quite decide on the PSU or Case im deciding between

OCZ EvoStream 600w Modular PSU
Thermaltake Purepower 600w modular PSU

And for the case

Antec P180
Antec 900

Id love to hear any advice or oppinions.

Antec P180 for quiet and sleek minimalist case. Tough to cable well though. Antec 900 for some bling as a "gamer" case, watch out for dust though in that thing.

Do you REALLY need modular? It's really easy to invest $1 in zip ties and tuck a few cables out of the way and tie them down. Seriously. For the money, you could do better really if you don't absolutely have to have modular.

See, I like the minimalism of the P180, but i also like the added cooling of the 900, because i am thinking of over clocking (i just wish there wasn't the stupid window). And on the PSU, that OCZ one is on sale so it easily makes up for the modular cost (and then some)

Everything looks good, as for the PSU I would probably go with OCZ hands down.
