Philly NBC (WCAU) OTA audio problems?

I'm in Langhorne PA and have been getting the same problems. after
two weeks of complaining and 3 techs and two cable boxes Comcast now
admits that they have a system problem on NBC-HD and they are working
on it. Each time it took days to get a tech and they never work after
7 PM and HD does not start until 8PM. Comcast Digital is highly
overrated!
