No Aero Glass for Pirates

Just want to say that if Microsoft thinks the lack of Aero is going to deter pirates of the OS, they have another thing coming. Most pirates probably wouldn't even turn it on due to how much memory its going to eat up.

Even even still, they'll find a way.

Perhaps it's part of the Vista online authentication...after you register it's turned on, a bit like the non critical updates to XP...only available to those people who've registered...

But the hackers will prob get around that just to tick off Bill.

They could implement a proper activation sequence / product code.
A three or four part code derived from serial numbers.
This has to be obtained before you try to load it.
The have been rather simplistic so far.

Concidering the complexity it would be hard to dup.

there is no uncrackable protection.
2nd: i really don't like and need all those blending effects. they eat memory like crap and they really don't help on usability.

maybe to crack that super protection will take a full... 24hours.

this is sick. to make a protection for the super.... uneeded interface is donkey balls.

i doubt that any m$ protection can take more than a few days to crack give that it's so popular. the more popular it is the more people will try cracking it. maybe they will realize that their protections make no sense and will strike the buyer as much as will do the pirate.
