How can I change HDD drive letter to "C"?

Does anyone know how to change a hard drive letter after Ive installed the XP OS? Disc management wont allow me to do so and short of reformatting the drive, it seems not possible. I want my OS drive to be "C" but it was assigned "E" when I installed the OS. Any ideas?

PS-Ive got 3 HDD's in my rig.

If you've got 3 HDDs in your rig then you should consider something like PartitionMagic to manage them. That could do it, but it gets a bit complicated when it comes to registry if you've installed programs to that disk (I think)....
