How 2 tell XP to continue dloading 2 a partially dloaded fil

How do I tell XP Pro to continue downloading to the same file it started downloading to rather than trying to replace the file partially downloaded and start the download over from the beginning?

Not sure about Firefox but Opera lets you do this, at least while the program is still running. If a download ceases for whatever reason (Bandwidth limit reached, HDD runs out, whatever) you can just press 'resume' and it 'downloads' up to where you were at a rediculous bitrate (like, 66500kbps or something) and then carries on. If you have heavy downloading to do, you could just use Opera.
